Born in Sweden, Kerstin is fluent in the Scandinavian languages as well as German and English.

A graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI) she specializes in representing buyers from Europe and abroad, as well as from New York, where she lived for more than a dozen years.

Kerstin Williams was instrumental in getting the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce off the ground in South Florida shortly after she moved to Boca Raton in

1990. She served as that organization's first President the following year, and she continues to remain active in the governing body.

A multi-million dollar producer, Kerstin won the Sales Award for having "sold" the most Premier Club Memberships to the Boca Resort and Club.

She recently served as the President of S.W.E.A. (the Swedish Women's Educational Association in South Florida), a position she held in New York City earlier.
